Chef's Table: Eight Seats Inside Our Kitchen
A private marble counter inside the working kitchen where our head chef cooks a bespoke nine-course menu for your party alone, narrated dish by dish.
Dinner with the kitchen doors open
The Chef's Table sits on a raised marble counter at the back of the kitchen, close enough to watch every plate being built. There is no printed menu. Our head chef writes the nine courses around what arrived that morning and around your table's preferences, allergies and appetites.
Because the counter seats exactly eight, the evening belongs to your party alone. The room is enclosed behind glass, so the theatre of the kitchen plays out around you without the noise of the main dining room. It is the most requested format we offer for anniversaries and milestone birthdays.
Duration
3.5 hours from seating to the final course.

Exactly 8 guests. Larger groups can be arranged via our events team.

Nine bespoke courses
The menu is written on the day of your booking, built around the morning's produce and the preferences you give us in advance.
Chef-hosted throughout
Our head chef introduces each course at the counter, explains the technique and answers every question your table has.

Four stages, no guessing
Welcome in the anteroom
Your party gathers in a small private lounge for champagne, canapes and a short conversation with the chef about the evening ahead.
The cold courses
The first courses arrive as the kitchen warms up around you: crudo, oysters and a signature beef tartare prepared at the counter.
Fire and mains
The middle courses come straight off the Josper coals, carved and sauced in front of you, with the sommelier pacing each pour.
Dessert and the cellar
Dessert is plated at the counter, followed by a short walk through our dry-aging cabinet and wine cellar with a final pour.
Planning your Chef's Table
The table is booked as a whole, never per seat. We take dietary requirements seriously and write them into the menu, so please tell us everything when you reserve.
