Rooms that handle the whole evening
Our three private spaces cover most of what an event needs. The Ember Room seats 36 beside the open grill, the Pyrmont Room runs banquets to 90, and the Terrace takes receptions to 180 with Darling Harbour in the background. Every event gets its own floor plan, its own menu and a dedicated coordinator from first call to final invoice.
Because we sit inside The Star, the evening can keep moving after dessert: a private gaming salon, the main floor, or the cocktail bar next door. Weddings, product launches, end-of-year parties and long-table birthdays all work here, and we will tell you honestly which room fits your crowd.

Four stages, no guessing
The brief
A call or visit to talk through the occasion, the guest list and the mood. We suggest the right room and a draft format.
Menu and tasting
The chef writes a menu around your brief, and the organiser comes in for a private tasting before anything is locked.
The run sheet
Two weeks out we confirm timings, floor plan, AV and any entertainment, then circulate the final sheet for sign-off.
The night itself
Your coordinator runs the room while you host. Pack-down, supplier load-out and the final invoice happen without you lifting a finger.
