Our most exclusive evening: a private dining room, prestige wines from the reserve cellar and a hosted entry to The Star's salon privé, built for guests who prefer their nights uninterrupted.
The evening that does not queue
High Roller Dining is the quiet version of a big night out. Your party takes a private dining room for a five-course menu written for the occasion, poured from the reserve cellar rather than the main list. When dinner ends, a host walks you directly to The Star's salon privé where your arrangements are already in place.
Nothing about the evening is off the shelf. The menu, the wines, the timing and the room are built around your party and your plans for the rest of the night. Discretion is standard: private entry, a dedicated waiter, and staff who understand that some tables prefer not to be noticed.

When you are ready, your host walks the party to the salon privé and stays available for the rest of the evening.
Terms of the evening
High Roller Dining is arranged directly with our events director, never booked online. All guests must be 18+ and meet The Star's entry requirements for the salon.
