02Applicable law
Use of this website and all bookings are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law. We work to keep information on this site accurate, but menus, prices, opening hours and event details can change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on site content; your booking confirmation is the definitive record of what was purchased. 06Responsible service and gaming
We serve alcohol under NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol rules and will refuse service where the law requires. Gaming within The Star is subject to mandatory responsible gambling measures, including self-exclusion programs. Guests must be 18 or older to enter gaming areas.
