If you tell us about dietary requirements, accessibility needs or an occasion you are celebrating, we keep those notes against your booking so the floor team can prepare. Our website also records standard technical data such as your browser type, pages visited and approximate location.

Reservation and contact data is stored on secured systems with access limited to the staff who need it. Payment card details are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider and are never stored on our own systems. We retain booking records only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
05Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or request deletion where the law allows.
